Hello all,
Is there a way that the system can automatically merge new same tickets?
The system is configured for the following actions.
1. When someone sends an email to xx@domain.com a ticket is opened in XX queue.
2. When someone sends an email to yy@domain.com a ticket is opened in YY queue.
3. When someone sends an email to zz@domain.com a ticket is opened in ZZ queue.
Now, when someone sends an email to e.g. xx@domain.com and yy@domain.com or zz@domain.com two different tickets are opened.
Is there a way for the system to automatically merge these two tickets to one?

By default, the mail should go to the first mailbox found in the mail, unless they are delivered to BCC, or you are doing other magical things.
