Hello,
I need to integrate OTRS with Exchange, but I can do it only via MAPI. I know, there are many posts about this, but none of them is helpful, and many of them are old. I was looking for some kind of connector on github, but unfortunately there's nothing.
There is an idea that we can use postfix as relay. On the one side we can integrate with Exchange via MAPI, and on the other it locally gives us IMAP and SMTP for OTRS.
Another idea is to get some GW, which translate MAPI to IMAP/SMTP.
I have no idea how to check it.

MAPI is a closed, Microsoft only protocol and can not considered as a standard.
So the only way would be to forward mails from exchange to a local (OTRS server) Postfix which pipes the mails via procmail into OTRS
