Re: Admin option is not visible.
It seems you renamed the admin group, changed permissions or left the admin group with that user.
First, try adding the user to the group. Run this script from the shell (as otrs user):
bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Group::UserLink --user-name "YourUserName" --group-name "admin"
Edit: Oh and welcome to the forum

Ohh! I think by mistake I renamed the admin group name.
Is there any way to check "what is current admin group name".

Re: Admin option is not visible.
You have no customer selected.
OTRS only shows you available Services and SLAs. SLAs are linked to services, services are linked to customers.
If there's no customer, there are no SLAs.

Re: Admin option is not visible.
Check whether:
1) In Admin -> SLA, there is a valid SLA with an attached service
2) In Admin -> "Customeruser <-> Services" whether the user Mohd has said service assigned to him

Re: Admin option is not visible.
Dear Concern,
I have two more issue-
1- By default all Customeruser didn't assigned with services, I have to manually assign all users with services. It is possible that all customeruser assigned with all services.
2- After a ticket is logged- is it possible that user can assign Tiket Type, Ticket Queue, Services and SLA?
Thanks,
Dinesh Kumar

Re: Admin option is not visible.
Hi there,
yeah you can activate a default service. Go to Admin "CustomerUser <-> Services". There on the left is a button "default services".
This setting then should be applied to all new customer users.
As for question 2), you can do so:
- Go to the sysconfig -> Ticket -> "Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewFreeTex" and activate all the settings you want be able to modify.
- In a ticket zoom then select Miscellaneous -> Free Fields. In that popup you should now be able to modify all the activated attributes.

CAN you open it in https? If you want to force it, you have to configure your webserver to do so.

Re: Admin option is not visible.
Thanks.
When I am trying to update/close/generate a ticket its taking approx. 3 minutes.
I installed OTRS on ubuntu Machine (RAM- 16 GB).
Usually how much time its take to close or update for a ticket.
