Hi,
We have a problem with our OTRS ticketing system. One of our administrators has a problem that if He opens a ticket from the queue, he will be the owner of that ticket immediately. Other administrators can open tickets and if they want they can set the owner or close it. I checked the settings but did not find any differences.
Would you guys help me? I just want to make his profile work correctly and do not be the owner automatically by opening.
Thank you!
administrator becomes owner by opening a ticket

Re: administrator becomes owner by opening a ticket
Hi,
If a ticket is locked with an action can be configured for most of the ticket actions. How exactly does he "opens" a ticket from the queue?

Re: administrator becomes owner by opening a ticket
So, we have new tickets listed in the queue which are coming from our users.
If I open a ticket, I can close it, reopen it, set the owner, set the priority, write comment etc.
But when my colleague opens the same ticket (Just open he do not do anything else) he will be the owner too. After that he can change the owner and can give the ticket somebody else, but only just with opening a ticket he becomes the owner also automatically. Of course he do not click to lock the ticket or something, just opening it.

Re: administrator becomes owner by opening a ticket
you will see nothin in the ticket history just as the same message as he would lock it or he would change the owner to himself.
So when just click on the ticket to see what is in it, he automatically locks the ticket or change the owner to himself. But in every other admins profile it is not happening. When they open it the can read it and if they want they can click to lock it.

Re: administrator becomes owner by opening a ticket
I really doubt this behavior, please create a video showing the steps how the user opens the ticket
