Hello,
I received a request from our users, that they don't use the duedate (yet). Thus they are annoyed to de-select the DueDate when creating a ticket.
As I don't want to disable the field completly, is there a way to turn off the default-selection?
Where I looked so far:
Admin -> DynamicFields -> ITSMDueDate => There is no setting for the default selection.
Search the SysConfig for Keywords like Due / DueDate / Due Date
Looked up the SysConfig for new Phone-Tickets
Please help me find the right spot to change that setting (or tell me that's not possible).
Best regards,
Rolf

Re: [ITSM] How to disable default-selection of the "DueDate"
Oh, if you set the default time to "0" it deselects the field. Well that was quick...

Re: [ITSM] [Solved] Default selection of the "DueDate"
Thank you, I have had the same issue, but I would not have realized to put there a "0" inside to deactivate it, because with pending time it does not behave the same way. The field is still mandatory, even if a "0" is put in "Ticket -> Frontend::Agent"
>> "Ticket::Frontend::PendingDiffTime"
>> "Ticket::Frontend::PendingDiffTime"
