If you're still running an old version of OTRS and IE10 shows up gray, don't fret... it's really easy to fix.
Go ckeditor and get a 3.6 version of ckeditor.
rename otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/js/thirdparty/ckeditor-3.4.x and extract the 3.6 version of ckeditor as the old 3.4 folder
from the old 3.4 folder, copy the skins/default/, plugins/aspell and plugins/onchange to the new 3.4 (3.6) folder.
You may want to verify there are no other missing plugins from old to new.
This should now allow IE10 to work with OTRS 3.0 (after refresh)
