Report - Services per queue

Hi for everybody.

Im a new OTRS user, and my boss asked me a Report abouts services per Queue. The OTRS V 2.4 was installed and is working now.

I need a Report to know number of services per queue that commited the SLA and which doesnt commited the SLA.

Is there any report or statistic created? or if i need to do a new one, how i can get what tickets commited the SLA and which other didnt commit
