Hi guys,
First at all, sorry for my english.
I'm trying to perform upgrade from our OTRS production server to a new server.
Production version : 3.3.8 Wanted version : 4.0.9
Steps are on new server :
- Install mysql/otrs 3.3.8 and apache server.
- Perform a restore from backup Production server via script. /opt/otrs/script/restore.pl /backupotrs /-d /opt/otrs
- It works, we have exactly the same server.
- Upgrade to 4.0.9, following official documentation from OTRS website.
- Upgrade is successfull but there is some issue.
I can't access to some ticket action that not mine, it's permission issue but i don't find the solution.
For example, previously (3.3. i can close all tickets, now ( 4.0.9) i can ONLY close my tickets. Someone have got this issue too ? (issue appeared only for action "close ticket" and "email"). Furthermore each first time when i press close ticket i got "Internal error" , second time i got pop up with this permission issue.
- I continue and install some additionnals packages ( KIXCore and KIX4OTRS) but when KIX4OTRS installation is complete RichText doesn't work anymore, i have empty case and can't write nothing.
When i select "NO" in Framework -> Core::Web -> Frontend::RichText, i got the simple text case.
Some of you know about this issue?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
