Hello,
I am currently testing the OTRS 3.3.6 (version Appliance in Hyper-V).
We have 2 queues : LEVEL 1 and LEVEL 2.
All new tickets arrive in the queue LEVEL 1.
We would like to lock automatically all tickets in the queue LEVEL 1 to AGENT 1 and all tickets in queue LEVEL 2 to AGENT 2, instead of the generic agent OTRS Admin (root @ localhost).
Can we attribute individual owner to special queue?
