I dont find eny good solve for my problem. Im looking on forum and in google but without any effect.
I want to configuring my service desk query so as to send a different auto answer in work week and a other in weekend and after 19.00 oclock.
It is posible ?

There's a possibility to use a generic Agent (code) that calls AutoResponseQueue() at 19:00 and morning.
