Hi all users,

I dont find any answer for my qestion so I decided to ask in here.
It is posible to disable auto answer only for one sending permanent e-mail adress ?

Use postmaster filter to route this user to a silent queue (one that doesn't have an autoresponse) to create the ticket, then manually or generic agent move it to the proper queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
