Hi guys, I wrote a couple of days back (http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=11170) about a client with a huge implementation. Now I have an extra little question: we will be creating a little test scenario -with just with a couple of accounts- and we will, finally, need to grab the emails from their Exchange server using OWA. I found http://www.saunalahti.fi/juhrauti/index.html (a tool to migrate mails from exchange to mbox or smtp server through OWA) and I'm wondering if you guys used it, have any comments on it or can share the name of another product that can perform the same task.
