I have a crutial problem after upgrading OTRS from 2.4.7 to 3.0.10, running on VPC based on CentOS 5.7 x64.
After going through the update process (which was actually more like the new installation with export/import of database, which required a bit more time than usual "upgrade" of any kind of service/app etc.) I have a problem with displaying one of the crucial parts of the Ticket windows, Text Area which has to be filled otherwise you cannot either create a new Ticket manually, neither to reply to existing one.

Any sugesstions what should be the next step?
