Hello,
For our company we would like to use the "Change" category within OTRS. Now i made some workorders within a Change and added conditions to them.
The only thing I'm stuck on is upon completing a workorder the right "User Group" should be mailed with the next task to be done. (i can only select a single User for this)
Now i can add every user manually to the workorder to come close to a solution, but that would be lots of work because we will be making lots of items in the Change category.
Is there a possibility to add roles or groups of users to a condition? So when the condition of the workorder has been completed, the next workorder becomes active and a mail is sent to the next Group of people that need to work on that specific task? (and so on)
