Creating process management OTRS 4 FREE

Hello,
I have a problem regarding the creation of a New Process Ticket.
I followed all instructions from the manual (http://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/admin/ ... ement.html) and video showing what it says (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=piY4nZsmrOg), I have created the various parts of base flow (Dynamic Field, users, code), I did the whole process of ordering a book with its workflow (Activity, Activity Dialog, Transitions ....) and I saved by pressing then on the button ' Deploy all process '. However, when I create a new ticket and insert the data into the fields in the first window that pops up, click on submit, the process doesn't advance to the next activity that I configured in Process Management and remains in the first Activity. What can I do?
P.S. I tried the same thing in 3.3.3 version and not work the same. I read on the forum that other people did not work and it crashed in my same point...How did you solved then???

What is your condition in the transition leading from your first to your second activity ?

Can you verify that it matches with the attribute from the process ticket ?

The condition is that the ' State ' field must contain the string 'Approvazione'. I posted a screen of the transition in the attachments.

And what is the value of that dynamic field after creating the ticket? do you directly set it to "Approvazione" ?

Not exactly.
On the first screen the value 'Approvazione' I plug myself, as you can see in the screen below.

When I switch to the second screen, after you press Submit, the Activity remains the same. As you can see in the right column.

This is weird. At first I thought that the transition might not be checked on process creation, but my first transition always checks whether the ticket state is equal to "new".

Could you please try that ? Set the transition to "State -> String -> new" ?

sorry I wouldn't know why this does not work. Usually it's one of these things:

1) DynamicField name is wrong / misspelled
2) Value is wrong / misspelled
3) Transition is not connected between two activities.
