Upgrade auf 3.2.9

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben ein Upgrade von 3.1.9 auf 3.29 auf einem Win 2008er r2 durchgeführt wie folgt:

1. Sicherung der MySQL-Daten
2. Deinstallation von OTRS
3. Installation von OTRS 3.2.9 mit integriertem Perl + MySQL
4. Webinstaller ausgeführt und eine DB anlegen lassen mit den MySQL-Zugangsdaten von der alten Datenbank.
5. Alte MySQL-Sicherung drüber kopiert
6. SQL Dateien aus dem Ordner Scripte ausgeführt (einmal die to-3.2.9 und anschließend die andere dazugehörige)

Zugriff etc läuft problemlos. Das wir nun einige Sachen wieder anpassen müssen ist klar.

Problem ist nun jedoch:
Apache stürzt dauernd ab.

2. Problem:
Wenn wir auf Tickets antworten bzw. die Antwort auswählen wollen kommt kein Popup/neues Fenster. Wählen wir diese nochmal aus, kommt die Meldung, dass bereits ein fenster geöffnet sei.

Hi,

die Meldung der ZZZAuto.pm würde ich ignorieren. Beim Upgrade steht sowas ähnliches, dass man diese Warnings ignorieren kann.
Korrigiert mich, wenn ich flasch lieg.

Win2008R2 ist manchmal echt schwierig. Ah ich sehe gerade Du verwendest apache. Such mal hier im Forum. Seit der 3.2.6 oder was
ist der apache sehr instabil.

Mein Vorschlag: Verwende den neuen Installer mit IIS, sofern Du es zum laufen kriegst (ist tricky)
oder wechsel auf ein Linux.

danke für die Antwort. Irgendwie glaube ich nicht, dass es am Apache liegt, habe aber auch die ganzen anderen Threads dazu gelesen. Ich habe eben auch mal den alten Apache Ordner genommen und einfach mal blank überschrieben. Das Problem ist also immernoch vorhanden. Demnach könnte es am perl liegen oder?

je nachdem, was Du für einen Installer verwendet hast, kann es alles sein.

Ich vermute, Du hast Strawberry Perl verwendet? Was ist mit Active State Perl? Welchen Installer hast Du verwendet?

Was sagen die Error Logs von Perl?

Wir haben kürzlich deswegen schon vor dem Update auf 3.2.9 auf eine Linux VM gewechselt da seit 3.2.6 (afaik) Probleme mit Apache bestehen. Es lief trotz diverser Optimierungen bei uns auch nur marginal stabil.

Also ich habe die Apache + Perl Version die mit dem aktuellen Win-Installer mit installiert werden manuell überschrieben mit einer Version wo es noch stabil lief. Leider kein Erfolg.

Hi,

ich vermute (!) dass das Perl Log aussagekräftiger ist. Schau mal im Perl Verzeichnis (C:\Perl\) unter bin oder log müsste es eine PerlEx Datei geben.

Ich würde dir gerne logs zeigen aber einer PerlEx gibt es dort ebenfalls nicht (C:\Program Files (x86)\OTRS\StrawberryPerl\perl\bin)
Ebenfalls ist keine *log* datei vorhanden unterhalb StrawberryPerl\

Mal eine Frage zu diesem Bug: lt OTRS ist der Bug geschlossen, wenn ich die Versionsinfo richtig verstanden habe geschah das unter 3.2.7
Wenn ich nun die gleichen Probleme bei der Installation des 3.2.9 habe kann ich dann davon ausgehen, das der Bugfix weder im 3.2.8 noch im 3.2.9 ausgeliefert wurde?

Habe die selben Probleme wie du.

Allerdings nicht unter Server 2008 sondern unter Win 7.

Habe OTRS nur zum testen installiert und will rausfinden auf welcher Plattform ich es mal betreiben werde.

Linux ist also mit der 3.2.9 empfehlenswert? Keine Hänger?

Keiner eine Idee woran es liegen kann?

Hi,

wenn der bug bei bugs.otrs.org gefixed ist, ist er behoben. Sollte es aber aus welchen Gründen nicht so sein, bitte wieder öffnen.

@licorit:
Linux mit OTRS ist die beste Variante. Installation/Update/Wartung ist perfekt.
Windows ist zwar stabil, aber nicht so leistungsstark. Wenn es aber sauber konfiguriert ist, läuft es auch
stabil + fehlerfrei. Auf Grund der im Moment laufenden Diskussionen und Störungen mit dem Windows Installer
würde ich im Moment nicht auf Windows setzen. Allerdings kann man das auch stabil + sauber zum laufen
bringen. Der Aufwand ist halt höher :)

Okay dann werde ich mal mit Linux probieren was geht.

Kannst du mir da ein System empfehlen mit dem es sich "relativ" einfach konfigurieren lässt?

OpenSUSE? Fedora? RedHat?

Vielen Dank für den Tipp Wurzel.

Hats gestern mit OpenSUSE probiert aber da bekam ich den mysql Server nicht zum laufen.

Hab mir Ubuntu 12.4 geladen, installiert und die Anleitung befolgt mit meinem Linux Anfängerwissen.

Easy peasy :)

OTRS läuft und jetzt gehts an anpassen.
OTRS 3.2.9 auf Ubuntu 12.4
