Guys, any ideas?
In OTRS demo available on otrs.com this field is also empty. How can my agents find fast all the tickets of one client?

Our tickets are created via POP3 emails. In 5.0.13 (from which we have upgraded today) we could click on the customer ID in the right when zooming a ticket and see the full ticket history of that client in DB. By mistake, instead on enter a new line in the response to the customer, you "press" the submit button.

Info: otrs-3.2.3-win-installer-2.4.6.exe works ok on Win2008R2. Installer is 2.4.6, I think that's why.
