configurazione mail su OTRS 3.2
Salve a tutti. Ho configurato da Admin --> account di mail un account per l'invio della posta. Ho anche aggiunto dal SysConfig in Core::SendMAil il nome dell'host di posta. Ma all'apertura di un ticket da parte di un cliente il sistema non manda nessuna mail alla coda dell'agent. Dove sto sbagliando...

Jojo, thanks very much. Why I need to upgrade to 3.1.x? If I develop a webservice, I can customize completely my webservice, also because, in the past, I try to upgrade the OTRS version (from 2.2.4 to 3.0.6) but it was a very failure and a great disaster. So I'l prefer to maintain the actualy versio...

Unfortunately we think we have followed all the steps correctly...
Is there any log file where we could look for potential errors in migration?
Can you suggest us a tool to compare the original and the migrated db (both Mysql)?
