How to hide/disable CompanyTicket form customer pannel
i need to disable CompanyTicket from Customer pannel but how can i do this.
i checked sysconf in admin under
CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerTicketOverview
but when is uncheck this then customer cant see pannel.error shows.
so how can i do it..any help

Use group membership. viewtopic.php?f=60&t=7531

i removed link from CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerTicketOverview
inside Comapny Ticket
Link field- Action=CustomerTicketOverview;Subaction=CompanyTickets
and saved it disable company link...

That is overkill. All you had to do was add a group to Company Ticket in Module Registration.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

overkill is a term that means "too much work applied to accomplish a task" As in, turning off a circuit breaker to turn off a lightbulb. Yes, the light is off, but all you needed to do was turn the light switch off.
Go to SysConfig in the Admin section
find
CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerTicketOverview
Click the (+) under Group. for Company Tickets
Save.
Go to SysConfig in the Admin section

Click the (+) under Group. for Company Tickets
Save.

Actually i did the same changes but some thing went wrong. but now i again undo the setting and done changes .

Or click on (-) below "AccessKey". It disable displaying Customer Company Tickets for ALL customers - without group membership - if you need that.
