I am not a programmer and I am trying to narrow down the amount of people who will be able to log in via the Customer interface.
The Users (agents) authenticates by beeing in an group in the AD and I am trying to do the same with the customers but I do not succede.
I have been looking for a template for how to write this config.pm to accomplish just that.
Could someone help me?
Best regards Anna

Hi Anna,
you'll find a template in the file Defaults.pm but don't change this file. Copy the relevant part into Config.pm
