Hello all,
Is there a way to enable customers to amend a ticket information in bulk within the customer portal itself?
Specifically, we have a dynamic field named 'Status' of which we want to allow the customer to change the value to be either 'Approved', 'Not Approved' accordingly before the agents take the next course of action.
As there can be many orders from one customer, we want to also turn on this 'bulk action' function in the customer portal so that they can set the status easily.
Any thoughts/ideas??
