Problem new ConfigItem

I am tring to create a new class of ConfigItem (CI).

What I did:
I copied the YAML from computer class, and created two new classes for servers and its VMs.
Then imported the CSV to those classes, and Changed the CI to desired "customer company".

What I expected:
I expected to see those CIs in the "Customer information Center" dashboard, of the customer.

What happened:
Once I put those Cis to the desired Customer company, I could see it from "Customer Information Center" only for the Computer (standard) class.
Thoses CIs for newly created class doesn't appears

It was needed to configure CustomerID for new ConfigItem class in the config;
