Ticket Number Descending?

Ticket Number Descending?

Greetings,

I would like my Ticket "No." to show most recent response at the top. Where is this setting?

As you see below, it starts at #1... but if there are 100 responses, I have to scroll all the way down to see it. I'd like the most recent responses to be at the top.
