Hello,
I need to get a custom ckeditor toolbar, i.e. a basic version of it.
I have a 6.0.16 OTRS installed and CKeditor 4.7.0 presente as well.
In order to do so I followed instructions such as these from this link:

While I did put in the customized config.js the requested buttons for the toolbar, these don't seem to be read by OTRS modules, that keep using the standard toolbar, with the whole groups of buttons that I wish to get rid of.
Any suggestion on how to get a customized editor toolbar?
Is there a more appropriate way to do so, different from the above approach?
