We have several categories in the FAQ (6.0.19) which are only visible for some Agent groups. Unfortunatelly a customers can see these categories in the FAQ explorer. The FAQ articles in these categories are not visible to the customer, but the category name itself (category name and the info that there are not articles for that category).
Looking at the public FAQ, these categories are not visible (as long they don't contain an article that is visible to the public).
Does anyone have an idea where to disable categories without articles for customers from the customer FAQ Explorer?
