Mail issue in OTRS Service

I cannot send email with OTRS while the same service can receive.

During one of mine researches I encounter a command to implement via Core:

bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Email::MailQueue --list

because the only message: "The mail is in Queue" and the output of this command after a while was:

Killed

I have no idea of what the problem is, can someone help me?

Does this happen suddenly or after a migration? New installation? Please provide as much information as poossible.

Is a simple new implementation with ldap authentication already and a few features enabled.

The Daemon.pl and the Cron.sh doesn´t give any problem while restarting or rebooting.

OTRS version is the 6.

I don´t know what more i can say.

Then you should first check what changed outside OTRS, e.g. in the e-mail infrastructure.
