OTRS Ticket number generator issue

Dear Team,

We are using the OTRS 6 and the configured ticket number generator is DATE.

We observed that the ticket was created on September 1st at 1:46 am in OTRS . But the ticket number showing 201908310000036.

Kindly help us to get the proper time date stamp on all the tickets.

Hello Sathish,

Check the system configuration 'OTRSTimeZone'.

Setting information:

Code: Select all

Sets the time zone being used internally by OTRS to e. g. store dates and times in the database. WARNING: This setting must not be changed once set and tickets or any other data containing date/time have been created.
