frontend client with manage ticket problem

hi! today i've deleted all closed ticket from my otrs and now i'm stuck with an huge problem!

i've 2 new ticket in my queue, if i choose to open one i can't navigate between articles and even reply with free reply or something else.

the strange thing about is that i also have another computer (that have a cached version of otrs in chrome) and the problem isn't showing there! i think problem is frontend side but.... no cloue about!



EDIT: in log finles there's nothing about and it's pretty creepy for me,

i've made a screenshot of my otrs ticket page for see the error (sorry it's in italian)... anyway, the dropdown menu has exploded it's voices into random places into top bar, and the "customer info" is always pending. the strange things about is that if a computer have a cached version of otrs client into browser works!!!! 😢
