[Fixed] ITSM CMDB Internal Server Error while creating New Object

Post by DannyJoe »

Hello,

when we are creating a New object in CMDB we are getting a "Internal Server Error".
Sometimes the object is created, even if the error occurs.

Apache Error Log shows:
[Fri Jul 12 10:48:59.134410 2019] [:error] [pid 38048] Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/ITSMConfigItem.pm line 1661.\n

We are using OTRS 6.0.17 with ITSM 6.0.17.
I have tried to update to the newest version, but the error still exists.

Can anyone explain what this "undefined HASH" is?
Or maybe how to fix the problem?

Thank You
