we are using latest version of OTRS 6.x
we would like to replace Subject with dropdown list on create new ticket phone, without type anything on subject
agent select from dropdown on subject the field like
I've create fields on Dynamic Field but I' don't know how to change it on subject.
UPDATE: i noticed there it an add-on called StdSubject 6.0.1 can provide this feature but I'm not able to install it due isn't compatible with my OTRS 6.0.12 version (StdSubject 6.0.1 - Package not correctly deployed! Please reinstall the package. )
