Hi, a month ago more less i was made the responsible of managing OTRS in a CentOS 7 because a coworker quit, i am slowly knowing OTRS but there is this problem i can't solve.
If there is a new ticket of any kind, how do i need to configure the system to reply a email?, i have a new Auto Response from the admin menu with the "auto reply/new ticket" type and i linked it with "Auto Responses ↔ Queues" but no lick so far.
i do have my email setting via sendmail configured correctly i believe because i can "Email Outbound" tickets but at this point i ll try anything.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
