Hi,
I use a modified version of CustomerTicketMessage in order to hide/show several dynamic field based on a specific service/services selected by end-user.
Following a script found on this forum I achived my goal but now I'd like to change the way users can open new tickets. Now user has to specify "Queue", then the system automatically shows services (by ACL) for that queue. I want to let user to select only the service and then delivery tickets with generic agent.

So, the problem appears whe I remove queue selection for customer and that JS doesn't work anymore. Anyone had the same issue?
