OTRS generating large no of Junk Ticket

Hi Folks,
We are facing issue with our OTRS support system. From past couple of days it is opening ticket for each reply without any subject line.
I have attached the screenshot. Please let me know how to fix this.

BUILDDATE = Wed Jun 22 22:10:20 CEST 2016

- read the logs and solve issues you find
- update to the latest version

1. Check your email server - inboxes, settings
2. Check your web services logs
