Max Login Failed

Hello everyone,

Some short questions on this subject :
- When a user failed to log in and reach the PasswordMaxLoginFailed number, his account is set to 'invalid-temporarily'. Does it need to be set to valid by an admin or can it be done, let's say, automatically 30 minutes after the event ?
- On which time period are the failed login counted ? Is it counted during 15 minutes or until he log in ?
- How is the counter reset ? Every time the user log in or is it time-based ?

1. As far as I know, that is not possible and needs to be changed manually
2. Until the next successful login
