1. 有一些工具可将外部资料导入至OTRS
访问http://opar.perl-services.de/search
按import关键字搜索这些工具。可选用的工具包括：CI项导入，用户记录导入等。
2. OTRS的CMDB可以与任何监视系统集成，实现自动更改CI项的状态
3. OTRS用户资料可以与LDAP活动目录集成
