Dashboars ticket stats - size?

Hello all,

currently running OTRS version 3.1.10 and very happy with it! :-)
Now they've asked me to get some bigger dashboard graphs.
So I'd started reading and managed to get the monthly/4 week stats graph installed.
Everybody happy, including me but not for long... :(
The next challenge: a year stat graph...
I've managed to get the code working but only the size of the graph is a problem. (see included images)
The graph is showing 365 days like we would it to be but the overal size of the graph is to small.
I've chaged the sizing in the Sysconfig to ContentLarge (see attachment) but still the graph remains small.

Any of you guys knows how to get this working?

This does not make too much sense 8)

A one year statistic is nothing that is in focus in a timely manner. This is about reporting. I´d rather go for something like jasper reports, than something like that.
The dashboard should give the agent an overview about what is going on ATM, not about statistics or reporting. Do your boss and yourself a favor and go for real reports, rather than this solution. Since these reports are rebuild very close in time it takes some ressources, also.

Jasper reports - will take a look at it.
Anyone some experience with otrs and an externa lreporting tool?

At least I am in the need of evaluating one in the upcoming weeks. Since some folks told me that he uses JR with OTRS I´d possibly go the same way.
This depends on whether there is other reporting software in use at my company.
