Hallo zusammen,
irgendwie stehe ich auf dem Schlauch.
"Führen Sie das Migrationsskript aus (als OTRS-Benutzer, nicht als root!):
scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.2.pl
Das Datenbank Update im Step 2 soll man ja als OTRS-User machen. Damals bei der Installation legt das rpm-Paket das unter openSUSE 12.1 den user automatisch an. Ich habe weder Passwort, noch wird dieser User so angelegt, das er sich an der shell anmelden kann.
Kann ich nun den OTRS-User so umkonfigurieren das ich mit Passwort und shell mich anmelden kann, finde ich irgendwo im Klartext das automatisch generierte Passwort, oder mache ich da einen Denkfehler.

su - otrs als root hilft
