Re: OTRS Apache HTTP server upgrade status
a) which OS are you running it on?
b) why is it important?
c) why don´t you just update it yourself and be fine?

Re: OTRS Apache HTTP server upgrade status
Hi Charles,
the windows version is not often updated.
Based on the security requirements your company might have you should switch to Linux as updates for Perl, Apache and database can be directly installed on the shedule of the OS vendor. I suggest to use the ubuntu LTE versions

Re: OTRS Apache HTTP server upgrade status
I cannot assist in Windows environments, since I never touched any OTRS installations on it.
Despite of that I´d go for the .zip installation, rather than .msi, since you´l be able to handle every backend system yourself. So in case you´ll find mysql 5.6 with innodb and fulltext index more interesting you could even go for this one.
It´s the same with apache. Save your apache config files, install the new apache and restore your config, using a testing system first.
Afterwards one should not go for the .msi installation any more, due to possible downgrading issues.
