update to OTRS 3.1.11 TicketFilter Breaks!

Hello

i have updateded to OTRS 3.1.11 today.
After that the Ticket Status Filter is broken.
All Tickets are shown as open once. But State is "Closed successfull"

Any Ideas?

works for me. Check your sysconfig settings

could you please give me a hint were to search for this problem?

BTW: The Database is the same. i haven´t changed anything there, only the files while updating.. are you sure the Sysconfig is the problem?

something went wrong on your system. As the files for this are not touched I assume somebody changed the filters

i have copied the dir to the new Version, changed nothing!

rebuild config
delete cache

Same problem

NEVER DELETE CACHE FILES!!!

I wouldn't go that far. If the cache has something that the system doesn't, that's not good. You should always be able to delete cache.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Not really. Like I said, if deleting the cache causes this issue, you may have another issue with the database ... maybe you changed names of state types or states. I didn't really follow the problem close enough with your issue to determine the cause, as out of the box it should just work.

are you sure it is a database problem?
You are right i have changed the prioritiy names...
and state typs are only 2 allowed

Am I sure? No.

Priorities shouldn't matter to Tickets->View Status

You may want to check to make sure you're not looking at closed tickets in View Status.

The Cronjob yesterday to delete the cache has now du the same...

All Tickets are in the View Open
this is the url to the view:

Looks OK for me... but do not shows only the open ones :(

Why are those informations taken from the cache an not drom the DB to have actual values...

Any solution for me? uninstall OTRS. Install OTRS 3.1.11? But what should i do if the problem is there again.. ?

EDIT: DB isn´t the problem... I have used a new / originall one.

I'm not sure I understand completely what you are encountering.

These are the only statements that indicate what you are encountering. Screen shots? What is working? What is not?

In your case I would revert to the original states and change the translation file instead. In there you are able to insert your own wording without having to change these parameters, which are quite essential.
