Hi!
First, thanks for OTRS, it's very pleasant to see a software of this level open source!
Then, I saw that otrs for windows is installed with its own webserver and mysql database. But I would like to integrate OTRS on the server hosting website of my company. There is already apache mysql, so is there a way to copy the source file of OTRS on my webserver and create a new database in MySQL for ORTS?
I hope my english still understable.
