ITSM Computer registration

Hello guys,

I installed OTRS with ITSM and have been trying to use it for a couple days now.

I just have one issue so far, I am trying to add new computers to my inventory, but I cannot set the Owner field to a company that I've already registered, only to users, is there a way to register computer and any other hardware under a company?

It could be, that nobody answers this post, since there are not that many community users who use the ITSM module. Maybe you try and ask on the mailing list (http://lists.otrs.org/).

If you want to increase chances for an answer then you should provide some basic information about your system like operationg system and uses OTRS version. Its also unclear whether you use the provided standard computer class or if you have modified it. Screenshots could maybe help also. Please also consider to compare your system to the online demo to isolate the error (http://www.otrs.com/en/software/otrs-itsm/online-demo/).
