Hiiiii

I had created few email acocunts in OTRS - out of which some of them shows the error when I tried to Fetch Mail - the error is

OP3S: Auth for user xxx@mydomain.com/pop.gmail.com failed!

The strange thing is that OTRS was able to successfully retrieve mails from other accounts but why not from xxx@mydomain.com account which has same emaill configuration and the only thing it is different from others is its account name and password.

Hi,

please remember that you have to explicitly enable POP3 access inside your Gmail or Gmail Apps for Domains account:

Hi,

this seems to be the right place for my problem. I just tried to configure the incoming emails with POP3S. I tried the instructions here http://wiki.otterhub.org/index.php?titl ... with_Gmail and enabled POP like you are suggesting.
The problem is, that I still have an Error.
