Regarding state

Hi,

I would like to add one option in owner page. Is there any possibility to add the 'choose state option' in owner assigning page(pop up window). Means, when one ticket is assigned to any one, at that time we can select the state as "assigned". Anyone no how to do it?

select "Yes" on Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketOwner###State.

By the way, "Lock" also is similar for this purpose. Yes, it's not "assigned", but then again, "New" or "Open" is still "assigned", but "Lock" means someone actually "has" it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
