Hi all,
I want to know the way to delete or remove tickets other than genericAgent? and if I see at the ticket queue view, on the right top of page, there is have "Bulk" check box, what is it use for?

1. As i know GenericAgent is the only sure way to Delete tickets
2. Bulk action is an action effects on a variety of ticket in one moment. You must mark the tickets in Overview or StatusView or EscalationView window on her left or mark all tickets at once in top left corner and click Bulk Action. In opened window you can do much actions - such as update State, change Priority and so on. You can configure this window through SysConfig in Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewBulk for your own needs.

sorry, I mean in top left corner for bulk checkbox, Okay now I can use that button.
and about delete ticket if only GenericAgent, it looks I must create one to do deleting the tickets.

you can active delete menu button in ticket zoom.

As i know this option only makes it possible to Move some ticket in a particular queue. It add Delete button in TicketZoomView for agentmicshi wrote:you can active delete menu button in ticket zoom.
