running mod_perl on windows 2008 and MSSQL

hi guys,

i have been searching on how i can enable mod_perl module on my OTRS.
it seems that this module is not running though i have configured it in my Apache.
thing is perl.exe and httpd.exe consumes almost 100% of my cpu.

can anybody shed light on my issue?

running 3.0.9 on Windows 2008 and MSSQL db.

thanks for the reply but got the following error when i tried to follow it:

': Read a PPD for 'http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/PPMPackages/10xx/mod_perl.ppd
it is not intended for this build of Perl (MSWin32-x86-multi-thread-5.12)

any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok - can you try to install the mod_perl via your Perl distributions tool for installing CPAN packages
ppm for activperl, ...

thanks.. I'm using strawberry perl that comes with the installation package from OTRS.
can you help me if there's difference...
