OTRS Stopped Pulling in Tickets

Hello friends....

I have been getting multiple tickets for same mail again and again in OTRS 3 version & i take care that otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl is not running parallel.
....

Make sure your mailbox user is allowed to delete mails in this postbox.
Which protocol are you using? POP3 or IMAP?

thanks for ur response , I am using POP3 protocol for pull up mails to queue.

What about hint 1)?
Are you able to login to this postbox using POP3 with this user and delete mails?

Does this happen with ALL mails in OTRS postbox or only with certain ones?
E.g. is it limited to 'receipt notifications' or whatsoever?

Yes, This is only happen with one E mail ID regularly 80% mails Duplicates , but others E mail id less , rare of a duplicate mails.

What kind of mail server is this?
Please describe the kind of mail where the failure occurs more often on!

Please give more detailed information and don´t let me guess by nothing!
