IMAP Auth Failed

Hello,

we upgraded our exchange from 2010 to 2019 but ever since we didn't that change OTRS is unable to fetch emails from the email account which has been in use. We get the error 'IMAP: Can't connect to webmail.boauganda.com'

I have verified that the IMAP account works and my password is correct... have also used a different email account. We are running Exchange 2019.

Hello,

Below is the error we get.
IMAP: Can't connect to webmail.boauganda.com
Internal emails with in OTRS are successful but OTRS is unable to fetch emails from feedback@boauganda.com.

please ensure that the ports for IMAP or IMAPS can be reached from the OTRS server.

Did you try nmap webmail.boauganda.com?

yes, i test that and IMAP is successful on OTRS
