CI field on ticket creation

Hello everyone,

Is there a way or an addon that allow me to add a field, or 2 on ticket creation to chose a CI to link?

I'm using OTRS CE 6 on CentOS 7

Hi skullz,

I alredy have it, but it isn't linking de CIs to the ticket.

Thats true and i found it. For someone on the future with the some trouble, could check it the follow:

Ticket::EventModulePost###ITSMConfigItemLinkAdd

skullz, could you check your Git, i put an issue on MSTeams Connector Module

I figure thats it only work on ticket creation. It is possible to put it working on notes to?
