Hi,
Recently, we have experienced the following issue using OTRS 6.0.26 Community Edition:
- The email retrieval via POP3 sometimes takes a lot longer than the configured time (up to 25 minutes instead of 5 minutes)
- Sunddenly, a certain mail is retrieved many times (~10 times+) and the retrieval for other mails does not work anymore
- a reboot fixes the problem (it is not enough to restart the otrs daemon)
Perl v5.28.1, 10.3.22-MariaDB, Apache/2.4.38
Is this a known bug or are there any config/log files of special interest as far as that behavior is concerned?
