OTRS hidden folder

Hi, i need a help with my question and is this when i access to my otrs is by http://my.domain.com/otrs/customer.pl but i need hidden this folder or rename it for security; is this possible. I hope your help.

by hidden, i assumed you just want to disable customer portal ?

the easy way is by redirect the customer portal back to agent portal..
check system configuration for CustomerPanelLoginURL

if you do not require the customer portal you can just delete bin/cgi-bin/customer.pl or try a chmod 000 for the file

That way you‘ll need to redo this step every time you update your OTRS or run the permission script.

I like skullz’s way.

You can also copy the Apache config (no link) and disable it there.

Hi, i need that the path http://domain.com/otrs/index.pl will be http://domain.com/index.pl or http://domain.com/helpdesk/index.pl this is possible?
